  4. ■ Can't run locally.  (You probably have a Wildcat or WWIV board.)  Either
  5.   switch to Telegard :) or run a separate batch file for yourself with the
  6.   parameter "/LOCAL":
  7.              SRE /LOCAL
  8.   Also, there is a program to run WWIV with SRE; see Q&A.TXT for more info.

  10. ■ Local ANSI trash.  Remove the "/LOG" from the batch file.  It *might* help.
  11.  
  12. ■ Problems with Multi-Node systems.  Although SRE saves often, it is NOT
  13.   designed to work with a multi node system.  SRE will throw out any
  14.   players who try to play while another is playing.  You may wish to run
  15.   several games so that users are not stuck.

  17. ■ "GALAXY.SR not found".  Run SRE RESET.  This is caused because the ZIP/ARJ
  18.   file does NOT come with the proper data files.  This is so that upgrading
  19.   will NOT delete your game.

  21. ■ Locks up under DESQview --- try installing EMM.DVR into DESQview and see
  22.   if it helps.  I'm still working on this problem.

  24. ■ Freezeups at locked baud rates.  When you run INSTALL, it will ask if you
  25.   have locked baud rates.  Be sure to enter the proper amount here so that
  26.   SRE will use your locked baud rate instead of your unlocked baud rate.
  27.   Also, running WITHOUT special effects may help if your modem buffer
  28.   overflows on locked baud rates.  There are still problems with lockups,
  29.   and I'm working on them!!!  Sorry!

  31. ■ No output.  Use BIOS output (it's asked in the INSTALL program) if you
  32.   suspect any compatibility problems.

  34. ■ Wildcat, WWIV, GT, PC-Board door file support.  These are NOT tested,
  35.   but you may wish to experiment.  The door files that are supposed to
  36.   work are "DOOR.SYS" and "DORINFO1.DEF".  I have PC-Board 12.x support,
  37.   but not PC-Board 14.x support (yet).
